Your Role with the Company: 

Odin is looking to develop an HR professional who will grow along with their company. You will establish internal policies and procedures to limit the company's liabilities. You will provide administrative and technical direction on personnel programs and systems, including recruitment, salary, compensation, benefit, and affirmative action. This position will report directly to the controller and be an integral part of establishing policies and protections to better the lives of Odin’s personnel. This role will also aid the company in attracting and retaining top talent to further the company’s growth.

Background Profile: 

  • 4-year degree in business/employee relations or equivalent years of personnel experience/ equivalent combinations of training and related experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, benefits; compensation plans; computerized data systems
  • Work performance evaluation and motivation techniques
  • Knowledge of facets of labor relations, personnel and safety including federal regulations essential
